If you're an avid Audi fan and keep up with the latest news here on our blog, than you're already well aware that we like to keep drivers in the New Haven, CT area abreast of the brand's sales figures.
Not too long ago, the German automaker announced its plans to beat out its Bavarian competitor in the global sales of luxury vehicles to sell two million new Audi models around the world by 2020. While this may seem like an ambitious mission, the attainment of this goal would put Audi at the top amongst all luxury automakers in the industry.
Of course we have unwavering confidence in Audi and recent sales figures are bound to have competitors shaking in their boots. Not only is Audi right on track for where it should be to achieve the goal, but the brand is on schedule to cross the tree-quarter mark of the goal two years before previously planned.
Auto experts are citing the source for the automaker's most recent surge in sales success to two of its most crucial markets: the U.S. and China. In these two markets, deliveries have reached more than 780,500 in just the first half of 2013 thanks to sales of the Audi A4 sedan and Audi Q5 CUV.
At Audi Fairfield, we look forward to the future successes of our favorite automaker and will be sure to report back to you on the status of their sales goal. In the meantime, stop by our Fairfield, CT showroom, conveniently located at 435 Commerce Drive to view our new and used autos.
