Audi seems to be unfazed by their level of success, and only continue to grow their amazing resume. In our last blog post we talked about how they were doing some great things on the big screen, but now we're learning about their plans to invade the fuel market. With some already incredible environmentally friendly models like the Audi e-tron and their line of Audi TDI clean diesel models like the Audi Q7, Audi has no issues promoting the health of the planet, but with a company called Sunfire, they're doing more.
With Sunfire, Audi has created an e-diesel made of carbon dioxide (C02), water and renewable energy like wind and solar energy called "Blue Crude", and though Sunfire only has the capacity to produce around 792.5 gallons in the coming months, there are plans to increase production. While we wait, visit us at Audi Fairfield and test drive a new car which could save the planet, or even just save your daily commute from boredom.
