Due to the popularity of SUVs, many luxury brands have stopped making luxury wagon models. But not Audi. The Audi A4 Allroad is a wagon that provides a comfortable, well-trimmed, and quiet ride ideally suited to long drives. And with its increased ride height and standard all-wheel drive, the Allroad can go places the A4 sedan can't. Whether you want to hit the trail or the town, the Audi A4 will get you there in style.
What’s New for 2023?
Several new additions are made to the 2023 model year. LED headlights are now standard, as is a new Black Optic Plus package. This package includes 18-inch wheels, black exterior trim, and a Manhattan Gray paint color. Also new this year is an upgraded Bang and Olufsen stereo and the Convenience package for the Premium Plus model.
Performance
Only one powertrain is available for the A4 Allroad – a turbocharged 2.0-liter 261-horsepower four-cylinder with a 12-volt hybrid system. A seven-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive are standard. And according to the EPA, this model gets an estimated 24/30 miles per gallon.
Technology
The A4 Allroad has an attractive, functional, and nicely appointed cabin, and Audi's MMI infotainment system is the crown jewel. This 10.1-inch screen sits atop the dash and features Apple Carplay and Android Auto, along with real-time Google Maps overlays. Additional features include a 10-speaker audio system, heated mirrors, and a heated steering wheel.
Safety
The A4 Allroad has many available safety features. But only forward-collision warning, automated emergency braking, and lane-departure warning are standard. Higher trims feature a head-up display, an automated parking system, and a surround-view camera system.
